Returns procedure

DOD Tech Australia offers an extensive and easy warranty returns system. If you have purchased your DOD Tech camera from an authorised distributor within Australia, then you are eligible for a 1 year warranty guarantee on your purchase.

DOD products purchased outside of Australia are not covered by DOD Tech Australia.

DOD Tech Australia can offer a full replacement on any goods that are deemed DOA within 7 working days. If your product is defective/deemed DOA within 7 working days of purchase, please contact your retailer immediately.

Important: Items that have been physically defaced or damaged can not be covered under a replacement warranty, and must undergo a physical repair offshore.

3. Send the faulty product, invoice and warranty form to the address contained within the form.

4. Upon receival of the goods, we will be in contact with you to assess your claim.
